A lot of time and consideration go into my handmade doll bedding and my hope is that you will be happy with your purchase. Please feel free to ask any questions before making your purchase.

Please know slight imperfections are inherent with handmade items. This would by no means be construed to include shoddy or poor workmanship. My intention is for everything I make to be with the utmost care. Please contact me if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

PAYMENTS

Payment can be made through credit card or PayPal.  You do not need to have an account with PayPal in order to make payment through them. Your credit card information is not saved on this server.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations not accepted.

 

RETURNS 

Returns can be accepted for listed items.  Returns can not be processed for custom or made-to-order items. 

LISTED ITEMS: 

We gladly accept returns as long as you: 

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Return item in original new unused condition.  Return postage is paid by the customer with tracking and insurance.

Please note, your original shipping charges are not refundable.

CUSTOM AND MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: Due to the individual nature of custom ordered or made to size products, returns and refunds are not accepted for those items. However, please contact me if you feel the item you receive is different than what was agreed on.

SHIPPING

***Please note:   Due to Covid 19, the postal service is experiencing delays in some areas  which may impact the expected delivery dates.   Though I can't be responsible for USPS delays, please let me know if you need any help with tracking your package.***

Listed items that are already made will be shipped within 2-3 days following completed payment.  Custom made or made to order items will be shipped according to the prearranged time frame.  Multiple items in an order will be shipped together when possible.  Combined item orders will ship with consideration of the processing time needed. 

 Shipping is paid by the customer and calculated in the shopping cart.  Please note:  Shipping is calculated at the single item price however when possible I ship items together to lower the shipping costs.  In those instances, any shipping over charges are refunded to the customer.  Please feel free to contact me to request shipping charges ahead of purchase.

All packages are mailed with insurance and tracking. For order totals above $150 Signature Confirmation is added as well. Please let me know if you would like Signature Confirmation added for orders below $150.

Orders will be shipped to the shipping address on the Transaction Details Page. Orders paid through PayPal will be shipped to the address PayPal has on file.  Before placing an order, be sure your shipping address is current.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: I package well and the items I make aren't easily damaged. If this were to happen though, please contact me as soon as possible. I'll need a picture of the damaged item and packaging to file a claim. Also, please retain the damaged item and packaging as your post office may ask to see it.

UNDELIVERED: Packages returned to me as undeliverable due to incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to pick up when a notice has been left by USPS, for refundable items the cost of the item minus the shipping charges will be refunded when I receive the returned package.  There would be additional charges to resend the item.


CHANGES TO CUSTOM OR MADE TO ORDER

Once I've begun work, I can't guarantee I'll be able to make changes to the original agreement.

I am committed to buyer satisfaction. For me this commitment begins when I plan on what I am going to make and ends with the customer. My goal is that your product and purchase are a positive experience to the best of my ability.
